Tiffany “Coach Tip” Francis, MSHS serves as the Volunteer Director of Continuing Education and Workforce Development at Barber-Scotia College, where she leads strategic partnerships that expand workforce training, industry credentials, and career pathways for students and the surrounding community. 

With more than 15 years of experience spanning higher education, workforce development, talent development, healthcare, and public health, Coach Tip has dedicated her career to connecting education with meaningful employment opportunities. She has led workforce initiatives across nonprofit organizations, healthcare systems, and higher education, specializing in career readiness, leadership development, employer engagement, apprenticeship programs, and community partnerships. 

Professionally, Coach Tip brings leadership experience in higher education, workforce development, and healthcare learning and development, creating innovative programs that prepare learners for success in today’s evolving workforce. As the founder and CEO of Career Values Coaching & Consulting, she empowers individuals—particularly justice-impacted women and underserved populations—to achieve economic mobility through career coaching, leadership development, and personal growth. She is especially passionate about facilitating transformative learning experiences centered on emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and inclusive leadership, helping organizations cultivate workplace cultures where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to perform at their highest potential. 

A nationally recognized workforce strategist and leadership facilitator, Coach Tip is passionate about advancing educational equity, strengthening employer partnerships, and helping institutions create pathways that transform lives. Her work is rooted in service, innovation, and the belief that education should lead to opportunity, purpose, and lasting community impact. 

Coach Tip is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education Leadership at Clark Atlanta University, where her research focuses on workforce innovation, leadership development, and student success.
