Perry Flemming is CEO/Managing Partner of We Strive Ventures where he leads capital fundraising and operations for investments in student housing, senior housing, and deep tech startups. Prior to becoming a small business owner, he was the Head of Credit, Wealth, and Health Equity at Experian. He also served as Director of Capital Markets and Affordable Lending at Capital One and Director of Collateral Management at Fannie Mae.

Perry is an honors graduate of Morehouse College. He holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University.

Perry and his wife Rev. Dr. Shauna St. Clair Flemming reside in Washington, DC. They are the proud parents of Perry III (10) and Grace (9).
